JusteLyte is an isotonic electrolyte drink base formulated to replenish energy and electrolytes lost after sweating and physical activities. It is best used for before, during, and after physical activity. JusteLyte contains essential minerals such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium to help prevent and reduce muscle cramps. It may also be used as an oral rehydration salt following loss of fluid due to diarrhea or vomiting.

Sachets:
Mix 1 sachet (56g) of JusteLyte into 700ml of room temperature or cold water and stir until well dissolved.
Tubs/Pouch:
Mix 1 scoop (20g) of JusteLyte into 250ml of room temperature or cold water and stir until well dissolved.
For Team Use:
Mix 1 Tub (600g) into 7.5L of room temperature or cold water until well dissolved.
OR
Mix 1 pouch (1.6kg) into 20L of room temperature or cold water until well dissolved.
Once prepared, consume immediately or store in the fridge and finish within 24 hours.
