Position

The role of Digital Marketing Executive requires a deep understanding of digital marketing and business tools, enhancing social media presence to build and increase brand awareness, as well as ability to produce various creative works.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop digital marketing plans that align with organization’s short- and long-term business goals.
  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, official website, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and measure against goals.
  • Analyse digital marketing outcomes and social media trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with other internal divisions to produce educational tools and engaging contents for both customers and end users.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains the brand’s social media presence.
  • Brainstorms new and creative ideas through digital marketing.
  • Designs artwork for packaging, promotional campaigns, and miscellaneous marketing activities, including digital arts and physical arts.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for creative works.
  • Attend to enquiries on e-commerce and social media platforms and respond accordingly.
  • To perform other instructed tasks as needed from time to time.
Qualification:
  • Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Creative Design or similar field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in digital and social media marketing.
  • Knowledge in B2C social media, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Email Marketing, SEO/SEM and basic graphic design is an added advantage.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates with prior internship in digital marketing roles are encouraged to apply.

The Supply Chain Executive is in charge of planning and directing all aspects of the organization’s supply chain policies, objectives and initiatives, oversees the organization’s inventory, establish liaison between suppliers, distributors, and key accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels for all products to ensure optimal stock availability at all times.
  • Perform procurement and sourcing tasks efficiently by managing supplier relationships, effective negotiation of contracts, timely acquisition of materials.
  • Build strong supplier relationships, monitor and evaluate performance, and manage risks within the supply chain.
  • Coordinate shipment, transportation and distribution of raw materials and stocks.
  • Manage bulk repacking, promotional stock packing and stock redressing.
  • Regular discussions with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand, ensuring supply chain alignment and preventing stockouts.
  • Improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency through process optimization and automation.
  • Work closely with Regulatory Affairs Consultant to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Prepare regular updates and reports on inventory status, procurement, and matters related to supply chain.
Qualification:
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Supply Chain and Inventory Management role.
  • Possesses knowledge in inventory planning, data analysis and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools, including advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and supply chain best practices.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Executive is responsible to report all sales activities to Sales & Marketing Manager and to manage the territory assigned, ensuring success of the overall business from the given territory.

  • To identify and create new customers, expanding existing customers overall sales through product line extension and new product entry, maximise product placement.
  • Develop ways to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with immediate supervisor and management.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly target
  • Prepare daily call plan and monthly itinerary with three months roll over, as well as monthly report on time.
  • Maintaining Customer record card
  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
  • Visit clients to demonstrate use of products, show samples and take orders quote and negotiate prices and credit terms
