The year 2009 marks a turning point for Aspen, as we started to make strategic investments into the field of medical nutrition. Since then, we have managed to go from strength to strength:
Building on the launch of our energy gel and hydration powder, we expanded our sports nutrition range with the introduction of whey protein for muscle recovery and initiated a collaboration with the Sports Nutrition Academy. In the same year, a study on a homemade Oral Nutritional Supplement (ONS) formula incorporating Ceprolac was published. This study aims to develop a cost-effective formula that meets energy and protein requirements, offering an affordable alternative to commercial options.
We launched our first sports nutrition range, featuring energy gel and hydration powder, in collaboration with the National Sports Institute. With over 28 years of experience in marketing sports nutrition products, we have meticulously formulated our products to enhance athletic performance while ensuring they are free from banned substances.
Introducing VaSoins, our premium high-strength, high-purity fish oil, designed for prescription exclusively by healthcare professionals. In the same year, we launched Pylogard, a unique symbiotic formula that combines probiotic yeast and bacteria, ensuring safe use for children.
We celebrate our 25th year of uninterrupted supply to the National Sports Institute.
In collaboration with Lallemand, we introduced ProbioGard, a specialized probiotic for immunity, now available on the market. Meanwhile, a clinical study on Ceprolac was published in the European Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, further reinforcing its scientific credibility.
Ceprolac gained significant recognition, securing listings in one of the largest private hospital chains, a leading cancer hospital, and the National Sports Institute.
Ceprolac achieved its first entry into a Ministry of Health (MoH) hospital, followed by adoption in renal dialysis centers and other healthcare facilities.
